Shift: 2nd & 3rd 3PM-11PM OR 11PM-7AM Location: Cascade, IA Pay: $20-21/hr Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Lathes, following work instructions to run various machines, and performing deburring on machined parts. You will also be expected to use measuring tools such as micrometers to inspect parts and ensure they meet specifications, read and interpret blueprints, and perform basic troubleshooting on machinery. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Lathe according to work instructions. Perform deburring on machined parts to ensure quality. Use micrometers to inspect parts and verify specifications. Read and interpret blueprints for machine operations. Conduct basic troubleshooting on machinery as needed. Essential Skills
1+ year of machine operator experience Experience with hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret diagrams or blueprints Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in production, general labor, and assembly Proficiency in using calipers and forklifts Skills in machine operation and understanding of CNC processes Why Work Here?
