Weekend Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday - Sunday About the role: Provides input and support to the Production Team, Production Supervisor and Engineering support staff, including SQDC participation and production line execution. Your responsibilities will include: Understanding and reacting to delivery SQDC daily/monthly goals Partnering with supervisor or higher-level Production Coordinator to set staffing plan. Consistently attend daily shift passdowns Escalate downtime in a timely manner Communication on component outages as they occur. Thorough understanding of MES/TRS/SAP Executing training plans. Understanding of line capacity, flow of operations, and constraints Supports production by working on production lines up to 70% of the time daily as required Lead by example by using the CI system and encourage team members to enter CIs Participation in kaizen activities. Awareness of lean tools, i.e. 5S, WCG, Line Design, Standard Work, VSP, Time Studies Required qualifications: 1 year of experience with high school diploma/degree/equivalent Preferred qualifications: MDS III experience The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
