Training:

8 weeks, Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (onsite in Blue Ash)

Schedule after training:

Flexible options, typically mid-shifts with at least one weekend day

What You'll Do: Answer patient inquiries by phone and email, serving as the first point of contact Enter data into pharmacy applications and vendor platforms with accuracy Protect patient information in compliance with HIPAA and company standards Resolve patient issues and strive for first contact resolution Collaborate with pharmacies, providers, and insurance to deliver comprehensive care Manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy Follow up on inquiries within departmental guidelines Achieve productivity standards in line with contact center expectations Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why You'll Love This Opportunity:

What We're Looking For:

Entry-level candidates with a strong customer service background High school diploma or GED required Ability to type 35-40 words per minute Strong written and verbal communication skills Retail, call center, or pharmacy experience is a plus Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized Reliable transportation Willingness to complete training and obtain the required Pharmacy Technician registration and certification
