Job Title: Warehouse Worker
The Warehouse Specialist plays a crucial role in distribution order picking, stocking, packaging, and other material handling and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers. This position requires flexibility and willingness to work across various warehouse operations, with an emphasis on learning and performing tasks with advanced responsibility while training others. Responsibilities
Package and palletize orders for distribution. Load and unload trucks efficiently. Process stock transfers and material requests promptly. Replenish production and warehouse as directed. Process physical and ERP goods movements and receipts, including documentation and verification of physical condition. Assist in timely processing of returns and support cycle counting activities. Complete confirmations, backflushing, and work order goods receipts. Label orders for shipment, including handling dangerous goods, international shipments, and preparing carrier paperwork and labels. Verify items picked for accuracy and condition. Generate work orders and sales orders from ERP systems. Participate in orientation and cross-training of Warehouse Associates. Troubleshoot issues and escalate to warehouse leadership as necessary. Essential Skills
Proficiency in order picking, packaging, and kitting. Experience with inventory control and RF Scanner usage. Ability to use a pallet jack and perform material handling. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Experience with palletizing and labeling. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems. Ability to handle dangerous goods and international shipping requirements. Capability to perform in both warehouse and manufacturing environments. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
