Assembler $15 An Hour (First Shift)

As an Assembler II, you will play a vital role in creating solutions that have real-world impact, whether it's helping customers find cures for cancer, protecting the environment, or ensuring our food is safe. You will be supported in achieving your career goals while performing work that truly matters. Responsibilities

Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment according to company policies and practices. Review work orders for product specifications and requirements. Visually inspect components and completed units during assembly for quality and accuracy. Select and assemble parts and assemblies in the correct sequence by drilling holes, adding rivets, screws, braces, tape, etc., to meet specifications. Select appropriate sub-assemblies or component parts and install them in the unit according to design specifications. Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and other electrical components in cabinets as per specifications. Use a wide range of hand tools, including drill, rivet gun, saw, hy-pot tester, hacksaw, and drill press. Complete assembly processes to finish the unit in the specified sequence. Ensure that completed units meet specified quality standards prior to moving them to the next workstation. Foam completed cabinets according to engineering specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams and blueprints as shown in SOE. Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions. Experience in standing, bending, reaching, and handling bulky parts is common to the job. Work Environment

The work environment involves using a variety of hand tools and equipment such as drills, rivet guns, and saws. The role requires standing, bending, and reaching, often handling bulky parts. The environment is safety-oriented with a focus on meeting quality standards, and you'll be part of a collaborative team working towards common goals. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
