CNC Set Up & Operator
Operate and monitor a line of 3-5 CNC Lathes and Mills in a production environment. Make necessary offsets and adjustments to machines. Perform quality checks on parts using Plug Gauges, Micrometers, and Calipers. Conduct daily preventive maintenance tasks including basic cleaning, changing coolant/oil, and greasing. Handle minor tool changes such as changing an insert or bar in a lathe. Work Environment
Our work environment is temperature-controlled, although it can get hot near the machines. Fans are provided to help maintain comfort. Steel-toe shoes are required, and all other personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs and safety glasses will be provided. Shifts available are listed below: E shift = Monday - Thurs - 7pm - 5:30am F shift= Friday - Sunday 7am - 7pm Must have 2 years of CNC set up and/or CNC operation experience. Must be open to starting with 1 week from interview date Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
