We are currently seeking a Deputy District Contract Security Manager (DCSM) to oversee Allied Universal's Law Enforcement and Security Operations at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). The DCSM reports directly to both the Allied Contract Security Manager and the Airport Security Coordinator/Manager. Location: Daniel K. Inouye International Airport - Honolulu, Hawai'i Schedule: 0730-1600 hours (Full Time, shift schedule/hours varies) Pay: $35.00/hr Key Responsibilities

Acts in capacity of DCSM in his/her absence Lead and manage the 24/7 operations of Airport Law Enforcement Officers (LEO), Airport Security Officers (ASO), and Traffic Control Officers (TCO) at HNL. Oversee daily operational scheduling, ensuring all post assignments are covered and compliant with TSA and aviation security requirements. Supervise support services including the airport badging office, dispatch operations, and CCTV monitoring. Act as the official Allied Universal Signatory for all contractual and regulatory matters at the airport. May serve as the primary point of contact for critical issues, directives, and urgent matters related to security operations. Assist with management of internal support functions such as training, HR coordination, maintenance, and equipment/supply procurement to support field operations. To be considered for the Deputy DCSM position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Be qualified as a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) with certifications and 2+ years post academy experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) High school diploma or GED required At least 22+ years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 1 year of driving experience As a condition of employment, employee must pass a drug screen, background investigation, and meet all federal/state airport badging requirements Ability to be flexible with schedule; available, reliable, on-call Experience and understanding of investigations and report writing Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Public Administration, or related field

or equivalent combination of education and relevant law enforcement experience. Prior experience as a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO), with a strong background in supervision and team leadership in security or public safety. Experience of geographic command of large-scale security operations in a 24/7/365 operational environment. Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to mentor, supervise, and manage staff across multiple shifts. Effective written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable interfacing with all levels of personnel, clients, and the public. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to respond swiftly and strategically to dynamic security challenges. Customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and deliver professional service in a high-visibility airport setting. Experience in critical incident management, emergency response coordination, and interagency collaboration. Knowledge of security contract administration, compliance audits, and regulatory reporting Other Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently Able to:

Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
