Food Chemistry
Location: New Orleans, LA Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Are you passionate about science and ready to make a real impact in the world of food chemistry? Prepare and process food samples for testing. Support chemists with daily lab operations and research. Conduct proximate analysis including protein, fat, and moisture testing. Perform extraction and centrifuging procedures with precision. Maintain accuracy in data reporting using LIMS. Follow SOPs while applying critical thinking to solve problems. What You Bring
Bachelor degree in a life science! Background in chemistry or sample preparation! Experience in a production or lab setting (1+ years) Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills. Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Why Join Us?
