This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams focus on strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of key technology and consulting partners, enabling customers to build innovative solutions for complex challenges. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Solution Architect with a Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) background to enable new capabilities for designing and deploying UCaaS/CCaaS solutions on AWS. Responsibilities include managing relationships with strategic and fast-growing ISV partners, developing technical strategies, and creating scalable cloud architectures that solve customer problems and drive AWS adoption. The role offers opportunities to build your cloud brand through whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements, and requires collaboration with various AWS teams and stakeholders. The position can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, New York, or Austin, with at least 30% travel, including international. Key Responsibilities

Strategic advisory to partners, understanding their business and technical needs. Design solutions utilizing AWS services like EC2, EKS, ECS, SageMaker, and communication platforms for IVR, call distribution, data storage, and analytics. Collaborate with AWS sales, training, support teams to ensure partner success. Evangelize AWS services and ISV solutions via forums, blogs, whitepapers, and events. Act as a technical liaison, providing feedback to AWS developers and promoting new features. Conduct training sessions and share best practices within the AWS solutions architecture community. Build relationships with senior technical staff within partners to foster cloud advocacy. Develop proof-of-concepts and drive product integrations between partner solutions and AWS services. Publish thought leadership content and participate in public speaking. A Day in the Life

Engaging with partner teams on product development and feedback. Building and testing PoCs or code samples. Writing blogs or whitepapers. Staying updated with market and technology news. Qualifications

Basic

2+ years in application/infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting. 3+ years in technology domains like software development, cloud, security, networking, or analytics. 4+ years in IT development or consulting in software or Internet industries. 2+ years in Unified Communications and Collaboration, with hands-on experience in voice/video solutions and AI/ML workloads. Preferred

Experience in software development or Internet industries. Experience migrating legacy solutions to the cloud. Experience with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective. Deep expertise in CCaaS or UCaaS solutions, including IVR, Lambda, Lex, ACD, telephony, SIP Trunking. Amazon is an equal opportunity employer. The position is open until filled.
