This is a full-time role. Emran Law Firm is a fast-paced environment and a rapidly growing law firm. This position will be on-site located in our Downtown San Francisco office. Role Description The paralegal will support our attorneys in representing clients at every stage of civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff side employment. Oversight and management of case files, logistics of clients, and litigation matters pre-complaint through trial Manage correspondence and filings in cases Work with attorneys to calculate and enter case/matter deadlines Review and collaborate with attorneys and other paralegal staff concerning the application of Federal, State, and Local Rules, providing information and/or suggestions to attorneys Manage the processing of client confidential information, including the supervision of legal support personnel, ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and tasks Propounding and responding to written discovery Communicating with clients, court staff, and third parties Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, case evaluation summaries, demand letters, etc. Conducting Intakes of Potential Clients Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate Experience in CA Labor & Employment (Preferred) Minimum of 2+ years of Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience, preferably in civil litigation What We Offer Collaborative and diverse work environment Growth opportunities within the firm Professional Development Seniority level
