Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney Role – Hybrid A growing personal injury practice is seeking a
motivated and compassionate attorney
with a minimum of
4 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience . The firm handles both
pre-suit and in-suit cases , advocating for individuals against corporations and insurance companies. The ideal candidate is passionate about litigation, client outcomes, and the creative, competitive aspects of building strong cases. This is a great opportunity for someone who values

collaborative, collegial environment . Key Responsibilities: Case Management:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Client Communication:
Conduct interviews, maintain regular updates, and guide clients through legal options. Investigation:
Handle all aspects of case investigation including FOIA requests, site inspections, surveillance review, and expert coordination. Legal Research & Writing:
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demand letters, and settlement documents. Discovery & Depositions:
Oversee discovery processes and conduct/defend depositions. Court Appearances:
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Negotiation & Settlement:
Negotiate settlements and manage medical liens. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver excellent client service. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of plaintiff’s personal injury experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent legal writing and research abilities Curiosity and openness to feedback Detail-oriented and self-aware with a growth mindset Licensed to practice law in
Illinois Salary Range:
$125,000–$200,000, depending on experience Bonus Opportunities:
