Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Conversational AI Engineer based in Columbia, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Conversational AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing conversational AI solutions. Daily tasks include conducting research, applying natural language processing (NLP) techniques, developing neural networks, and performing pattern recognition. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, efficient, and scalable software systems. Must have At least two enterprise-grade business call center implementations Experts in UX Tools like Google CCAI or Dialogflow Qualifications Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Pattern Recognition Strong background in Computer Science and Neural Networks Experience in Software Development Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
