As Director of Sales, you will lead revenue growth across the country by building, mentoring, and managing a high-performance network of independent sales contractors. With 18 branches nationwide, you will oversee the revenue of all, with full autonomy to lead, strategize, set performance standards, and align teams with company goals. Your focus will be on expanding market presence and representing the brand to customers nationwide. This role combines leadership, strategic execution, and hands-on sales expertise at the highest level. Requirements: Proven success leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within commercial roofing Experience managing and scaling a 1099 sales force across multiple regions Strong strategic and operational leadership skills to drive revenue growth, implement systems, and influence performance Application:
