What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team - Own the Technical Strategy for accounts in your territory - Lead discovery workshops to identify customers' challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations - Answer technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues - Provide feedback to product management about enhancements to better address customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications): - 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience or equivalent - Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions - Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving - Territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with sales counterparts - Must reside in the general Southwest region of the U.S., preferably Las Vegas or Phoenix
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in the Retail and Hospitality industry - Solution Consulting certifications such as Demo2Win, Inspire2Win, or Toastmasters - Eagerness and willingness to continuously learn
