The Contractor shall provide professional, accurate, timely, and reliable paralegal support reporting to the OGC, assisting LITB or IALB. Work products are reviewed prior to submission; personnel must develop these products with minimal supervision, following written guidelines. Candidates must adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. General Paralegal Tasks include but are not limited to:

Receiving, prioritizing, and processing requests such as document review or legal advice; Researching and locating responsive information, laws, judicial decisions, and legal articles; Performing legal research, reviewing case materials, and identifying conflicting statements; Drafting legal memoranda and correspondence; Assisting in preparing legal documents such as motions, briefs, and exhibits; Reviewing discovery materials for relevancy and privilege, and preparing privilege logs; Maintaining documentation of records and case management activities; Assisting with legal holds and litigation notices; Generating reports on case assignments and productivity; Analyzing and interpreting client requests; Gathering materials for discovery, conducting outreach, and responding to interrogatories; Preparing declarations and scanning materials into digital formats; Conducting privilege reviews using eDiscovery platforms and applying redactions; Reviewing peer work for accuracy and providing edits; Supporting team collaboration and project organization; Maintaining detailed case notes and case tracking data; Preparing electronic or paper releases; Providing professional customer service and prioritizing projects; Supporting FBI representation efforts and classification reviews; Collaborating with discovery team members and serving as a privilege consultant; Communicating professionally with all levels of FBI staff; Providing weekly status updates and periodic reports to management; Searching FBI systems for relevant documents and supporting legal research and governance tasks. Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate, JD, or current attendance at an ABA-accredited law school (minimum one year completed); At least two years of litigation paralegal experience, trial experience preferred; Experience with automated litigation support and legal research tools like LEXIS and Westlaw; Proficiency with computer applications including MS Office, databases, and eDiscovery tools; Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
