Staff Full Stack Software Engineer JOIN A HIGH-GROWTH STARTUP TRANSFORMING A GLOBAL INDUSTRY THROUGH DATA & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION $200k $235k + Equity Full Stack Development / React / TypeScript / Node ABOUT THE CLIENT A California-based technology startup tackling one of the worlds most essential and complex industries. Their platform bridges outdated customer systems with modern infrastructure, driving efficiency, reducing waste, and enabling long-term growth. Backed by leading investors, they are scaling fast and building a team of resourceful engineers who thrive on autonomy and ownership. ABOUT THE STAFF FULL STACK ENGINEER Were looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and development of our web platform, shaping both the technical direction and user experience. This is a senior-level role where youll balance being a hands-on contributor with influencing long-term architecture and mentoring other engineers. Youll work across the stack, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance applications using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies. Youll also partner closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to deliver features that power day-to-day operations for a complex global industry.
