The Business Development Support (BDS) Team manages the coordination and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for PIMCO clients and prospects globally. As a BDS Analyst, you will support client servicing and business development efforts by collaborating across departments to ensure responses are compelling, accurate, and timely. You will work closely with subject matter experts to write, edit, and maintain content within the team’s database, fostering both independent and team-based work environments. Location

Newport Beach, CA Responsibilities

Manage the coordination and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for clients and prospects worldwide. Collaborate with client management and various departments to provide accurate, timely responses on firm and strategy-specific topics. Work with experts in product, legal, compliance, HR, operations, and technology to craft and edit responses. Maintain and update the content database regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance. Support the team by answering ad hoc questions related to client inquiries. Develop a thorough understanding of PIMCO’s investment strategies and firm-level topics. Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or business; GPA of 3.2 or higher. Open to recent graduates between May 2023 and June 2025. Completion of Series 7 and 63 within six months of employment. Interest or background in investment management. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Compensation

Salary range: $75,000 - $81,000, complemented by a discretionary bonus based on performance. PIMCO offers a total compensation approach including base salary and bonus. Equal Opportunity Statement
