Position Overview The AI Solutions Architect III is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on
generative AI, agentic AI, and machine learning (ML) systems
to address diverse line-of-business (LOB) use cases. This role involves architecting scalable, innovative solutions that leverage generative models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models), autonomous agentic systems, and ML algorithms to drive business value, enhance customer experiences, and optimize processes. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored AI/ML-driven solutions for areas such as
sales and marketing, customer service, finance, and operations . Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end AI and ML solutions, emphasizing generative AI (text, image, code generation), agentic AI systems (autonomous decision-making), and ML models (predictive analytics, classification) for various LOB applications. Provide technical expertise to development teams, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. Partner with LOB leaders, data scientists, and IT teams to identify high-value use cases, define requirements, and translate business needs into robust AI/ML architectures. Evaluate and recommend AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, AutoGen). Design and maintain data pipelines to support AI/ML models, ensuring high-quality data for training, fine-tuning, and inference. Integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, marketing platforms) to enable seamless adoption. Optimize generative AI models, agentic systems, and ML algorithms for performance, cost-efficiency, and accuracy. Establish governance frameworks for AI/ML solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical standards. Stay current with advancements in AI, including multimodal generative models, multi-agent systems, and advanced ML methods, proposing innovative applications. Mentor data scientists, developers, and architects in best practices for designing and deploying AI/ML solutions. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred). 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on generative AI, agentic AI, and ML solutions in enterprise environments. Proven success in delivering AI/ML solutions for use cases such as customer service automation, content generation, and predictive analytics. Technical Skills Hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain). Experience with generative AI techniques (LLMs, GANs, VAEs), agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, reinforcement learning), and ML algorithms (regression, clustering, decision trees). Proficiency in programming languages such as
Python, R, or Java . Strong knowledge of data engineering (ETL pipelines, data lakes, Spark, Hadoop). Experience with
MLOps
and deploying AI/ML models in production. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and enterprise system integrations (APIs, microservices). Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies. Soft Skills Ability to align AI/ML solutions with business objectives. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify high-value AI use cases. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working across global teams.
