Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a qualified Secret Enterprise Architect in support of one of are large federal clients in Norfolk, VA. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT architecture that supports naval ship and submarine maintenance operations. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:
Designing and implement scalable solution architectures aligned with program goals and DoD/Navy standards.
Translating business requirements into technical specifications and detailed system designs.
Guiding development teams with technical leadership and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
Evaluating and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to support solution development.
Maintaining architecture documentation and participate in code reviews and mentoring.
Promoting SAFe Agile practices and collaborate with stakeholders to synchronize efforts.
Compensation: $72.30/hr. to $84.13/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Active DoD Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles
Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices
Experience designing scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
Familiarity with both legacy systems and modern web application technologies
SAFe Agilist (SA) certification or higher (can get within first 6 months) null
