Industry: Energy (regulated utilities domain experience is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute OCM strategies specific to SAP S/4HANA P2P workstreams.
Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement for all groups affected by P2P changes (procurement, AP, vendors, compliance staff).
Assess and document change impacts on all P2P activities (sourcing, vendor management, PO creation, goods receipt, invoice processing, payments).
Provide risk mitigation recommendations for issues like payment delays or data inaccuracies.
Mentor change coordinators; collaborate with functional leads, system integrators, and governance teams.
Drive stakeholder adoption with tailored communications, training, and support from workshops through go-live and hypercare.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years OCM in ERP transformations; minimum 5 years with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
Deep expertise in Procure to Pay processes and SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SRM, FI-AP).
Experience with procurement compliance standards (e.g., FAR, SOX) in regulated industries.
Hands-on use of OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR), stakeholder analysis, and adoption measurement tools.
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage resistance and drive change in complex environments.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, OD, or related field required; advanced degree or OCM/SAP certifications preferred (e.g., Prosci, SAP S/4HANA Procurement).
Other:
Familiarity with integration points between P2P and other ERP functions (e.g., Finance/R2R, Inventory).
Energy or utilities domain experience highly desirable.
