User Experience Designer

We’re seeking a seasoned UX Designer to join a dynamic product team focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences across a global ecosystem. This role will collaborate with internal business partners, external vendors, dealers, and end customers to design intuitive, scalable solutions that span the full breadth of the organization. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product groups, content teams, and external vendors to enhance customer experience Engage directly with dealers and end customers to understand pain points and opportunities Partner with Global Product Owners (GPOs), Marketing/Product Support Managers, and Directors across internal and external organizations Identify and solve complex problems—some not immediately obvious—using existing frameworks and departmental guidelines Communicate investment needs, architectural changes, and business requirements to ensure alignment and feasibility Work closely with 2–3 UX Designers, front-end and back-end developers, and the product owner to deliver cohesive solutions Collaborative workspace with a small, focused UX team Hybrid work model: on-site presence required only when requested Candidate Requirements Education & Experience

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 5 years of experience. Technical Skills (Required) Minimum 3 years of UX Design experience At least 3 years working with design tools such as Figma (minimum 1 year required), Sketch, and other UX/UI software Ability to work independently with cross-functional product and engineering teams Technical Skills (Preferred) 3 or more years designing complex systems or applications Top 3 Skills Proficient in Figma Communicates effectively across disciplines Seniority level
