As we expand into AI and Web3, we are seeking an Investor Relations & Capital Markets Associate to join our team. This is a frontline, BD-oriented role — you’ll help the company build relationships with investors, banks, financial advisors, and strategic partners. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, has a good sense of capital markets, and wants to grow with a fast-moving listed company. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, financial advisors, funds, analysts, and strategic partners. Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and investor meetings. Identify and engage potential investors, financing channels, and deal opportunities. Act as a point of contact for capital markets stakeholders and manage ongoing communications. Partner with the CFO and leadership team to deliver clear, compelling company narratives. Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, and competitor activity to inform management. Support disclosures and media coverage. Support social media and influencer outreach to enhance stock visibility in both U.S. and China markets. Qualifications 2–4 years’ experience in investor relations, business development or M&A. Strong interpersonal skills, confident in direct conversations with investors and FAs. Familiarity with common capital markets activities such as fundraising, follow-on offerings, and institutional investor engagement. Outgoing, resourceful, and energized by networking and relationship-building.
