Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Attorney. The role is located in Cherry Hill, NJ, with remote worj supported. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing and executing litigation strategies, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and filing legal documents, and representing clients in court. Day-to-day tasks will include negotiating settlements, analyzing complex legal issues, and working closely with clients to develop and implement case strategies. Qualifications Experience with complex commercial, employment or tort law Experience with New Jersey courts and handling legal proceedings in a first-chair or lead attorney capacity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Membership in good standing with the state bar Experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on complex legal disputes Seniority level
