Koniag IT Systems, LLC , a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Help Desk Lead to support KITS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This opportunity requires onsite work in downtown Washington, DC, five days a week, Monday through Friday.

This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Duties We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Help Desk Lead supporting a potential future business opportunity in Washington, DC. The ideal Help Desk Lead will:

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Manage support and coordination for Help Desk Tier levels I/II/III (e.g., Tier I (phone and email), Tier II (on-site, floor), Tier III (hardware/software break/fix)), and Asset Management.

Lead a team of technicians providing technical support to end-users of networks, systems, and related services.

Support a customer base of over 3,200 users in a high-profile environment.

Work onsite in downtown Washington, DC, five days per week.

Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

5+ years’ experience with increasing responsibilities in information systems management.

3+ years supervisory experience.

ITIL 4 certification.

Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSE, HDI, or equivalent.

Expertise in ServiceNow.

Experience in quality assurance, customer satisfaction tracking, and monitoring programs.

Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior government officials.

Experience with manpower utilization, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.

Requirements

Pass a Criminal Background check.
