What You'll Be Doing
Conduct budget vs. actual (BvA) variance analysis Maintain and refine financial planning models to improve forecasts Participate in monthly financial close processes Reconcile expenses and headcount data Collaborate with cost center owners to review BvA reports and update forecasts Prepare financial presentations with charts and supporting schedules Perform deep-dive analysis on key metrics such as sales pipeline, bookings, and revenue Lead the selection and implementation of a new FP&A planning tool as the company scales Automate FP&A workflows to improve operational efficiency
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related discipline with a quantitative focus 5–10 years of FP&A experience in Enterprise software, SaaS, investment banking, or venture capital (SaaS industry experience preferred) Strong understanding of financial statement modeling (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) and GAAP accounting rules for SaaS companies Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling, with a preference for Google Sheets High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Experience in the cybersecurity industry Familiarity with data science, including programming in SQL Experience automating financial models and workflows with Google App Scripts or similar tools Advanced certifications such as MBA, CPA, or CFA
