Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC (BBS&G) , a midsized law firm in downtown Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking applicants with 1 to 4 years of litigation experience for a District Court litigation associate position to join its growing litigation practice group.

BBS&G’s litigation practice is rated Tier 1 in the Washington, DC region by U.S. News & World Report . The firm handles a wide variety of litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. This position will primarily cover District Court dockets, including commercial and residential landlord/tenant dockets, in various Maryland courts, with the opportunity to expand to work on Circuit Court and federal court matters, based on candidate’s capabilities and interest. Candidate must be comfortable appearing in court and must have a car. Mileage will be reimbursed. MD Bar is a must. DC and VA Bars are a plus.
