The Role

We’re looking for an adaptable and strategic HR Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner with some of the most innovative tech companies to design, implement, and refine HR strategies and programs that scale with growth.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to align HR practices, tools, and policies with business goals
• Operate at both hands-on and strategic levels to shape and scale company culture
• Build and refine employment policies, compliance frameworks, and core HR processes
• Support HRIS, onboarding, offboarding, benefits/leave, employee relations, and compliance
• Lead HR initiatives and projects as a trusted advisor to client leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of broad HR experience (tech industry preferred)
• Experience across multiple company sizes and industries a plus
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities
• Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field
• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred but not required
