Territory Sales Manager, Trustile


TruStile Doors, a Marvin Brand and the leading manufacturer of architectural doors for the high-end residential construction market, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for our Chicago territory. The Territory Sales Manager has overall responsibility for driving the TruStile residential sales, including developing existing dealer relationships, establishing new dealer relationships, and increasing primary demand by calling on builders, architects, and interior designers. TruStile is recognized for its design and quality in interior doors and is transforming the industry by making doors an essential interior design element.


Highlights of your role


  • Manage, develop, and train the existing dealer base.
  • Provide sales and service support to dealers.
  • Evaluate markets to identify where new dealers are needed.
  • Collaborate with dealers to promote primary demand among builders, architects, and interior designers.
  • Independently drive primary demand by contacting and building relationships with builders, architects, and interior designers.

You're a good fit if you have (or can)

  • Minimum three years of successful sales experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.
  • Confidence and experience in presenting to diverse audiences, including dealers, builders, architects, and designers, in small and medium groups.
  • Quick learning ability and capacity to understand a broad, complex product line.
  • Experience selling doors, windows, or millwork is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Millwork Dealers in the territory is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation


Total earning potential ranges from $90,000 to $130,000, including base salary and bonus opportunities.
