Job Title: Data Center Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Center Operations Manager to lead the deployment, delivery, and operational excellence of a new hyperscale data center site. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has progressed through technical roles, built and led high-performing teams, and understands the complexities of hyperscaler environments. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the site buildfrom infrastructure deployment to operational readinessensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met or exceeded. Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Drive the end-to-end execution of data center site builds, coordinating across internal teams and external partners. Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Technical Oversight: Leverage deep technical expertise to guide troubleshooting, deployment, and operational best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for hyperscaler clients, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and escalations. Safety & Compliance: Champion workplace safety and ensure adherence to OSHA standards and site-specific protocols. Operational Excellence: Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reliability. Regional Support: Travel across multiple sites within the region to support deployments, audits, and escalations as needed. Skills

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
