Job Summary:

Develop and manage more complex application programs for specified projects. Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, set procedures, and communicate progress to clients. Manage project management personnel.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provides oversight for the design, development, and modification of complex application programs within specified projects. Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishing comprehensive schedules, parameters, and procedural guidelines. Manages complex project budgets and estimates, ensures financial accountability and cost-effectiveness. Fosters effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and methodologies. Assists lower-level project managers on the execution and planning of more complex projects. Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced or Master's degree in related field preferred.

6-8 years' experience in business development position, or related field with a focus on strategic technology implementation. 8+ years' experience preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Certifications in big data analytics or coding programs such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently and with others. Strong technical computer programming and trouble-shooting skills. High attention to detail. Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills. Work Environment:

Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time. Occasional travel as the job may require visiting customers and project sites. Work Environment:

Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
