Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Business Intelligence, oversees and coordinates the system lifecycle progression of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Cost Accounting as a Service, and Data Governance program. All activities are in support of providing sound financial information for operational and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities • Coordinates the development of financial and analytical reporting tools for the enhancement of Service Line analysis, and cost benefit analysis. • Responsible for all the financial statistical reporting for the month-end financials, productivity reports and BI reports sourced from the EDW. • Responsible for the implementation and support of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and BI Tools. • Responsible for the implementation and support of the Cost Accounting as a Service cloud solution. • Assists in problem solving, meeting department deadlines, and communicating information relative to various department functions. • Develops and implements policies and procedures as necessary to support organization's and/or department's mission. • Assists with data governance as it relates to financial data for the entire organization • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field: Education may be substituted by years of experience on a 1-to-1 basis Minimum eight (8) years progressively responsible financial analytics experience in a hospital or closely related healthcare organization Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and Business Intelligence Tools and solutions Demonstrated ability to perform analysis and apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Preferred:
