Able to work safely, follow LOTO, perform hazard identification, and conform to OSHA standardsMonitors all equipment to ensure reliabilityRepairs, installs, adjusts, modifies, and services all types of production equipment, plant instrumentation, and relaysTroubleshoots and repairs electrical (24V-480V) and PLC control systems (Allen Bradley)Troubleshoots hydraulic and pneumatic systemsReads PLC ladder logic and function block logic to troubleshoot and repairParticipates in the preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, 5S, and Equipment Improvement TeamsCompletes work orders in a safe and appropriate mannerAvailable to work weekends and off-shiftAutonomous work with little supervisionMaintains open communication with production techniciansProvides support to other maintenance techniciansIdentifies and reports opportunities for improvement of PM's and spare parts controlsWorks within an environment focused on the reduction of unplanned downtimeWorks collaboratively with other functional areas to ensure the accomplishment of overall plant objectivesApplies lean manufacturing tools & principles in maintenance activitiesPerforms autonomous care and housekeepingDocuments spare parts usageWorks within scheduling requirementsWhat you will bring to the role: Minimum of 3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance or applicable Military experience. May substitute experience for higher education certificate or degree in same/similar fieldBe able to read PLC ladder logic & function block logic to troubleshoot & repair24V-480V electrical experience and capabilityHave experience building 110V-480V electrical panelsWorking knowledge of electricity, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic systemsAbility to read mechanical/electrical drawings and process and instrumentation diagrams are preferredAbility to weld, repair, and fabricate small items: i.e., carts, tables, shelves, and basic stands, etc.Must possess excellent complement of maintenance hand toolsMust have a positive attitudeMust have a good attendance recordMust be flexible to work different hours/shifts as requiredSolid verbal and written communication skillsWork Remotely•NoJob Type: Full-timePay: From $36.61 per hour plus shift differential if/when applicableBenefits:401(k)/ MatchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement plan•Tuition reimbursement•Vision insuranceSchedule:•12 hour shift•Night shift•Rotating shiftNo third-party candidate submissions are being accepted at this time for this opening.We are an equal opportunity employer.
