Able to work safely, follow LOTO, perform hazard identification, and conform to OSHA standardsMonitors all equipment to ensure reliabilityRepairs, installs, adjusts, modifies, and services all types of production equipment, plant instrumentation, and relaysTroubleshoots and repairs electrical (24V-480V) and PLC control systems (Allen Bradley)Troubleshoots hydraulic and pneumatic systemsReads PLC ladder logic and function block logic to troubleshoot and repairParticipates in the preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, 5S, and Equipment Improvement TeamsCompletes work orders in a safe and appropriate mannerAvailable to work weekends and off-shiftAutonomous work with little supervisionMaintains open communication with production techniciansProvides support to other maintenance techniciansIdentifies and reports opportunities for improvement of PM's and spare parts controlsWorks within an environment focused on the reduction of unplanned downtimeWorks collaboratively with other functional areas to ensure the accomplishment of overall plant objectivesApplies lean manufacturing tools & principles in maintenance activitiesPerforms autonomous care and housekeepingDocuments spare parts usageWorks within scheduling requirementsWhat you will bring to the role: Minimum of 3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance or applicable Military experience.
