Inviting applications for the role of Vice President -Lead Solutions Architect (LSA)!

This is a senior leadership role in the Life Insurance segment that requires the ability to constantly switch between tactical and strategic lens.

Responsibilities

In deal pursuits, provide direction to a cross-functional deal team, as well as personally contribute to the solution and draw out the most appropriate response to the client's ask and maximizes the value for both Genpact and the client. Solution building effort involves understanding client situation & challenges, articulating our solution value proposition appropriately. Create the optimal operating model for the client and work with FP&A teams to build a viable commercial case. Liaison with sales teams to understand potential opportunities and work with them to convert the opportunities into deals. Executive presentations, internal and external, are important functions of the LSA role. When not working on specific deal pursuits, create and augment market-facing material to continuously enhance the message of strength in the Life and Annuities segment. Work closely with Insurance strategy and Marketing teams to ensure Genpact's offerings are always recent and aligned to buyer needs. Publish industry-relevant blogs, articles, and white papers.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Solid foundational knowledge of Insurance, specifically in Group and Individual Life and retirement products. Experience in leading client engagements - Relationship management, operations, Re-Engineering and Transitions Must have worked directly or as a vendor for a Life and Annuities insurer in the US, UK, or Australia Experience of having led cross-functional project teams that did not have a direct reporting relationship to the candidate Be aware of the general US and UK life and annuities regulations Must have in-depth knowledge of offshoring in the L&A industry and a good sense of the competitors that operate in this space Must have good leadership, interpersonal, and storytelling skills Ability to work across functions, partner ecosystem, and the client organization. The ability to clearly and succinctly communicate and an excellent executive presence is a must. Curiosity to explore developments in the market by engaging with internal teams, external experts Problem solver, creative thinker Excellent MS PowerPoint skills Extremely strong financial acumen to create and understand business cases Preferred qualifications

A short stint as a consultant/advisor delivering project from a client site Background in creating training curriculums and SOPs Prior experience of managing P&L Experience of appearing in public - blogs, articles, webinar, videos, panels LOMA Level I or above/ ANZIIF Life certification/ CLU/ CIC (From the Institutes) Why join Genpact?

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$200000 to $210000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
