Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced digital marketing and SEO specialist to spearhead our lead generation strategy. You will be responsible for optimizing our presence across SEO, PPC, analytics, and site performance, ensuring we stay ahead in both Google and emerging AI-driven search environments. If you are highly skilled in managing projects from inception through execution and measurement, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Execution: Lead innovative SEO strategies across technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-specific optimizations. Conduct comprehensive audits and implement enhancements to boost organic traffic and conversion rates. Ensure website content and architecture are optimized for visibility on traditional and AI-driven platforms. Utilize tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and GA4 to monitor performance and refine strategies. Technical Site Management & Compliance: Oversee and optimize our WordPress site (via WP Engine) with foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS. Manage Google Tag Manager, implement custom tags, and track events efficiently. Establish and maintain cookie tracking and compliance tools, including geo-specific exceptions. Use platforms like Hotjar for user behavior analysis to enhance UX. Digital Advertising & Demand Generation: Design and execute impactful PPC, retargeting, and ABM campaigns via platforms such as Demandbase, Google, and LinkedIn. Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum conversion and ROI across various channels. Analytics & Reporting: Provide reports on KPIs with a strong emphasis on revenue contributions. Leverage Salesforce and Pardot for comprehensive campaign tracking, lead attribution, and alignment with sales. Qualifications & Experience: 8-10 years of in-depth digital marketing experience, focusing on SEO and technical marketing. Advanced knowledge in tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, GA4, cookie compliance platforms, and WP Engine. Proven proficiency in WordPress and light front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JS). Demonstrated success in SEO within both Google and AI-native environments. Expertise in digital advertising strategies including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, along with retargeting and ABM. Strong capability to analyze ROI and develop reports on digital marketing performance. Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement) is a significant advantage.
