Job Description
American Traveler seeks an Advanced Vascular Ultrasound Technologist with strong vascular experience, RDMS (AB and RVT), and BLS certification.
Responsibilities Hospital setting with weekday 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMCovers vascular ultrasound cases including vein mapping, Varithena, sclerotherapy, and other vascular examsPerforms an average of 6-8 exams per dayUses Philips Epiq ultrasound machinesEpic EMR required for chartingMay float to other facilities within the southern region as neededRotational on-call responsibilities approximately one day per week, including some weekends as neededMust provide quality patient care and communicate effectively with colleaguesProfessional appearance with scrubs of any color permittedRotational charge responsibilities may be required and must be noted on timecard if applicableLow census on-call hours can be assigned and will count toward designated unbillable hoursTwo supervisory references and all certifications must be provided for consideration
