Shipping/Receiving Worker
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Worker. This is a part time temp to hire position. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, entry-level QuickBooks abilities, strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to operate a pallet jack. Candidates should have either a high school diploma with 3+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong working knowledge of our products and promotions and exhibit flexibility to support multiple facets of the business. Key responsibilities: Process orders from website, phone, and internal sources Package and ship orders efficiently Process internal employee orders Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions Assist with general clerical duties and provide support where needed Perform data entry tasks with proficiency Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting Conduct entry-level QuickBooks work Qualifications: High school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree Proficient in Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills High level of computer literacy Ability to operate and manage a pallet jack Preferred skills: Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse settings Basic knowledge of QuickBooks As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
