Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with Epic experience and current OR Nuclear Medicine registration for a rotating day shift assignment.
Responsibilities Position is in a hospital Nuclear Medicine departmentRotating weekday schedule with 4x10 hour day shifts; shifts start between 6:30 AM and 8:15 AM and end between 5:00 PM and 6:45 PMOn-call required approximately 7 days per month after department closes until the next openingMust be willing to float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate facility as neededAdult patient population with various nuclear medicine procedures performedEpic charting requiredPerforms a variety of nuclear medicine procedures in compliance with hospital policyWill be expected to take call/standby after hours and must be willing to respond to low-volume callsStrict RTO policy; requested time off must be finalized at submission and cannot be changed afterwardsLocal candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelersFormer permanent employees must wait 6 months after termination before applying as a travelerPre-employment modules required and non-billable, to be completed before start and annuallyFirst-time travelers are welcome to applyNo trauma level or pediatric care experience specifiedScrub or dress code not specified
