Our client is seeking a Tech Analyst to join their team. As a Tech Analyst, you will be part of the Productivity Architecture and Engineering department supporting the Microsoft 365 Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist with project coordination and tracking for Microsoft 365 initiatives. Support engineering documentation and identity management tasks. Participate in lab testing and validation processes. Monitor and manage service requests and events. Collaborate with team members in an agile environment to drive project success.
What's Needed?
3+ years of experience supporting engineering for Azure services related to Microsoft 365 workloads. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 identity/policy administration and configuration. Strong experience with Jira for project management. Familiarity with general productivity tools, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.
