Our Distribution Center is searching for experienced Distribution Associates to join the team! These positions are responsible for picking, packing, and shipping within the department. Accuracy and speed are both necessary to meet customer demands and company expectations. Over time is sometimes mandatory, and some Saturdays are scheduled with advanced notice.The shift for this role will be 11am-7:30pmIf you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!Qualifications: Able to work independently and within a team environment; understanding that the customer need is of the utmost importanceCan read, write, and speak EnglishMulti-tasking skills, working on different orders at onceAttention to detailComfortable with using a ladder, comfortable with heights of 10' Capable of lifting boxes that weigh up to 40lbsLot number experience preferredResponsibilities: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders at department standard pick/pack ratesReceive and put away inventoryEnsure product meets quality requirementsUse scanners to read bar codes on productsView prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasksUse carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items aroundYou'll be working around moving machines - order pickers, stand-up forklifts, and mobile cartsOperate power industrial trucks such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet for order pickingSome activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairsMaintain a neat and clean work area.Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standardsBenefits:Weekly PaySafety footwear reimbursementPPE provided by the organization (safety glasses, etc.)Know anyone amazing?
