This is a high-impact role at the heart of monday.com’s core product, where you’ll shape solutions that redefine how enterprise and upmarket customers plan, execute, and succeed. Set the vision and strategy for our most strategic Work Management and enterprise readiness capabilities , ensuring they resonate with enterprise and upmarket customers. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver a winning roadmap. Drive measurable business impact through adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Translate complex customer needs into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. Use data, experimentation, and user insights to guide decisions - balancing speed with strategic depth. Keep us ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends and competitive moves. Lead with energy, clarity, and focus, inspiring a talented cross-functional team to deliver at pace. #LI-DNI Your Experience & Skills
5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with proven success delivering for enterprise or upmarket segments. A track record of turning market insights into strategy and strategy into results. Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research - from interviews to A/B testing. Passion for world-class UX and a sharp eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring stakeholders on board. Self-starter mindset, thriving in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
