Expert Computer Scientist Description: Employs mathematics, statistics, information science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, network science, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, data warehousing, data compression, data protection, and/or other scientific techniques to analyze complex, technical findings and produce graphical, written, visual, and verbal narratives on intelligence data trends to leverage other IC data sources. Develops and utilizes machine learning and data mining algorithms, including, but not limited to, MIMOSA prediction algorithms based on open-source capabilities. Codes and integrates algorithms to support government intelligence search and discovery missions. Provides best practice recommendations for managing data within hardware, software, storage, and bandwidth constraints. Uses data science techniques for predictive analysis, social media and crowd-source data analytics, wargaming, and strategy development. Performs exploratory analysis and rapid iteration on large data sets to derive intelligence quickly. Prepares reports and documentation of findings and activities. Security Clearance: Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY. Desired Experiences: Minimum 20 years of relevant analysis experience, with at least some recent within the last 2 years.
