It Helpdesk Analyst

Our client is seeking a technically skilled IT Helpdesk Analyst to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for approximately 175 end users. The role begins with phone/remote support, focusing on software and hardware troubleshooting, and transitions into a hybrid model that includes onsite visits for hands-on technical assistance. Travel to client sites is required. Responsibilities: Respond to 3040 support requests daily via phone and ConnectWise ticketing system Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Windows 10/11 operating systems, VPN connectivity and remote access, Active Directory user and group management, network peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) Provide phone and onsite support for Windows Server environments, DHCP/DNS configuration Required Qualifications: 12 years of experience in a corporate IT helpdesk or technical support role Proficiency with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, VPN technologies (e.g., Cisco AnyConnect, Fortinet), Active Directory and Group Policy Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
