Candidates must be willing to work 2-3 weekends during the contract. On-call duty is required as needed. Candidates will not float but should be open to accommodating block schedule requests. Ideally, no more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is preferred. The client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen-week assignment without compensation for canceled hours. If additional hours are canceled, the client will be billed for those shifts. If placed on-call, that will count as a called-off shift. Experience in a Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab is a requirement. Familiarity with Cerner charting is essential. Knowledge of required infection control measures is critical. All candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to set up equipment and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias. The ideal candidate should exhibit proficiency in required procedural responsibilities and age-specific competencies. Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Travelers must complete the full assignment and adhere to all attendance and behavior expectations throughout.
