American Traveler is seeking an evening shift Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and Registered Ultrasound certification.
Responsibilities Position is based in a hospital ultrasound departmentEvening shifts, 5x8 hours, typically from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PMCall required every third week: Monday-Friday 11:30 PM-7:00 AM and 24-hour coverage on weekendsPatient population is primarily medical, including general ultrasound, OB, and breast imaging studiesEMR system used is EpicMust be able to perform all general ultrasound studies, obstetrics, and breast imagingExperience with biopsies and breast work is a plusBlack scrubs requiredUp to 5 days of requested time off allowed but must be made up during the assignmentLocal candidates within 50 miles are eligible at a reduced rateLocal contract limit: staff living within 50 miles may complete up to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a 1-year separation or transfer is required
