Position Summary
The Practice Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice, providing administrative leadership and support across clinic locations and surgery centers. This position ensures high-quality services are provided in alignment with established policies and procedures while working collaboratively with physicians to manage overall operations. The Practice Administrator also oversees facility evaluations, staff performance measures, and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across all office locations. Identify and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Serve as a liaison between providers and SENTA leadership, addressing clinical, operational, and other provider concerns. Regularly meet with the VP - Operations and Physician Leadership to provide recommendations, reporting, and insights. Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize clinical and surgical performance. Oversee facility management, including relocations and new development opportunities. Support governance initiatives as defined by SENTA and physician leadership. Assist with special projects as directed by the VP - Operations. What We Offer

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
Bachelor's degree required JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE
2+ years supervisory experience in a medical office practice. 5+ Multi-site medical facility supervisory experience. JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Demonstrated thorough understanding of all established and procedures pertaining to office operations, Revenue Cycle, Marketing and any administrative functions. Demonstrated exceptional customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of individuals. Demonstrated excellent follow-up skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated strong group presentation skills. Demonstrated basic understanding of financial statements. Demonstrated basic word processing and spreadsheet knowledge. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Office environment. Local travel to assigned offices.
