Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our ambulatory Pulmonary Clinic team. Our pulmonary program features state-of-the-art technologies and facilities and has a collaborative team model approach as each member of the team works closely together providing advanced patient care. Kingman is an incredible community to live, work, and play! Position Purpose: The Clinic Manager coordinates the day-to-day staffing and business needs of the clinic(s). This position troubleshoots and resolves problems as they arise including patient problems or refers patients to appropriate resources. The Clinic Manager maintains a professional working relationship with billing office, department administration, and others in a team atmosphere and manages the clinic(s) operations fiscal performance to budget. This is a FLSA exempt position. Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency. Foster physician satisfaction, employee engagement, and service excellence through continuous monitoring and improvement. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Provide leadership in staff hiring, development, retention, and performance management. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics; recommend and implement process improvements. Collaborate with clinic and service line leaders to optimize integration of care and enhance patient experience. Standardize operational practices with other clinic managers to improve efficiency and consistency. Monitor market trends and service needs; recommend strategies for growth and improvement.Qualifications: Education: Associates degree in Business and/or Healthcare related field or 2 years equivalent, relevant work experience and training Certification: BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross Licensure: Current and valid U.S. driver's license Required Experience: Two years management/supervisory experience and Two years of medical office or healthcare experienceSkills and Knowledge: Ability to supervise and lead staff effectively, communicate effectively, and deliver customer service excellence. Maintain attention to detail and stay organized. Knowledge of clinic operations and workflow. Experience with EMR and business technology equipment and systems. Ability to understand and work within a set budget using financial experience to increase revenue and drive down expenses. Work Requirements: May require travel to other local area offices. Capable of consistently reaching and/or working above and below shoulder level, walking or on feet 50% of time per day with frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, standing and sitting 50% of the time.
