Director of Resident Services
. This position oversees all reception, transportation and concierge services and provides leadership to the associates responsible for these operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing leadership, direction, and coaching to associates in Concierge and Transportation services. Overseeing front desk/concierge operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and consistent resident engagement. Managing the community transportation program, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching, to ensure safe and timely service. Partnering with department leaders to create a welcoming, efficient, and service-oriented environment for residents and their families. Serving as a primary resource for residents and families, responding to questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care. Promoting and maintaining a resident-centric culture that prioritizes personalized services and exceeds expectations. Developing and maintaining systems of accountability, performance standards, and staffing schedules. Collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and resident service standards. Requirements Proven supervisory experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/dispatching software.
