Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst, Learning Management provides technical support and operational management for the Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). As a member of the Learning Systems team, this role oversees production applications, release operations, support activities, and vendor coordination. The analyst partners with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, publish and manage learning content, and develop functional solutions that enhance organizational learning processes. This position also delivers user training, creates supporting documentation, and promotes system adoption across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the continued adoption, optimization, and expansion of CSOD LMS across the organization. Deliver user training (beginner through advanced) and create job aids/how-to guides. Manage the Cornerstone ticket queue, ensuring timely, customer-focused support and issue resolution. Establish and enforce governance and system maintenance processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical LMS issues, collaborating with the vendor as needed. Develop system-based functional solutions to improve processes and user experience. Build advanced reports in CSOD to support enterprise data and compliance needs. Monitor, analyze, and report on LMS utilization. Stay current on learning technology trends and best practices, and incorporate them into solutions. Support planning, testing, and documentation for scheduled LMS releases. Advise departments on configuration options and recommend optimal use of system functionality. Lead large-scale, high-visibility projects related to system setup, educational technology, and training solutions. Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and minimum 2 years of HRIS and LMS system integration experience (PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.). Intermediate to advanced expertise with Cornerstone OnDemand. Strong experience with organizational units, hierarchy, business logic, and groups in CSOD. Proficiency with CSODs Learning Assignment Tool, observation checklists, ILT management, and online course uploads. Working knowledge of SCORM troubleshooting. Advanced skills with Reporting 2.0 and CSODs standard/custom reporting tools. Experience creating user guides/job aids for multiple skill levels. Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training and provide system best practice guidance.
