Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, and washers. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal appliance performance. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Document all service calls, repairs, and customer interactions accurately. Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies. Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work area. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair or related field. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
