This individual is responsible for organizing and directing the daily activities regarding our call center They will act as the “first line” of our dealership, by providing customers with a professional, courteous, and consistent experience though the use of effective telephone communication skills Field phone calls from customers and potential customers with ultimate goal of providing excellent customer service Follow-up with both sold and unsold customers to ensure their satisfaction Generate leads by setting appointments on inbound calls Maximize the effectiveness and profitability of the dealership’s marketing efforts Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales Run and collect metric reports Requirements:

MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE BDC EXPERIENCE IN A DEALERSHIP SETTING.
